Terms & Conditions
1. Age Requirement
Minimum Age: 21+ (Valid ID/Passport Required).
No Exceptions: Underage guests will be denied entry without refund.
2. Dress Code: Chic & Elegant
Dress to impress with stylish yet comfortable attire. Men can opt for linen shirts, tailored shorts or trousers, and loafers. Women can wear elegant dresses, flowy outfits, or stylish sets with classy sandals or heels.
Avoid flip-flops, sportswear, and overly casual looks. Guests who do not adhere to the dress code will not be allowed to board.
3. Boarding & Timing
Boarding: 3:00 PM sharp at Dubai Bluewaters Marine Transport
Departure: Yacht leaves at 4:00 PM – late arrivals forfeit entry.
4. Tickets & Payments
Non-Refundable: Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded.
Resale Prohibited: Tickets are name-bound (ID must match booking).
5. Conduct & Safety
Zero Tolerance: Disrespectful behavior, drug use, or violence leads to immediate removal.
Security Checks: Bag inspections and ID verification mandatory.
6. Liability
Personal Belongings: Palm Society is not responsible for lost/stolen items.
Alcohol Consumption: Drink responsibly – overconsumption may result in expulsion.
